By prefabricating pipework, plant skids, modules and packaged plant rooms, we offer tailored solutions that integrate with your on-site operations. We have two separate workshops each dedicated to either stainless or mild steel pipework to ensure no cross contamination and maintain quality standards.
We produce isometric fabrication drawings for manufacture containing dimensions, weld traceability and references. These drawing can be issued to site teams to allow ease of installation and form part of our Quality assurance pack.
DPI, MPI, UT & Radiography depending on customer requirements allows the testing of weld quality to ensure it meets specification before leaving our facility
We can manufacture spools entirely roll grooved or as a hybrid system to meet client requirements
Pipe threading of stainless and mild steel pipework to enable all fabrication requirements
Accurate onsite pipework measurements are not easy. We are able to come to your project and measure your pipework system for you, create fabrication drawings and then deliver you your pipework Labelled with a drawing pack for ease of installation.
